The picker will replace all the missing items as appropriate and when finished the customer will get a text message with a link that opens a page displaying all the original items ordered besides the replacement items chosen by the collector. The customer will approve or reject each replacement item individually and select "Confirm & Send.” The collector removes the rejected replacements and completes the order as usual.
